Man I'd kill to get my hands on a SweeTone. I'm planning on getting one made through the Custom Shop pretty soon.

You think we should try to get a one of those Limited Run type things going for the SweeTone? I'd be in

THAT'S THE ONE I WANT!! I want one of those so bad. All the guitars I have right now, have a tremolo system. I thought about getting something with a hardtail and it hit me. The Sweetone.

They were only made for like a year or so and were available with two different neck profiles and 25" scale.

The closest thing we have to that now is the Mark Morton model (which rules, BTW), which was based off of a Swee-Tone.

Does anyone have any catalog/flyer type info on them, or were they not advertised?

I think this is the sister of that one in the expired auction
This has the fatter profile. You can hear it on MySpace http://www.myspace.com/kajillion . Very responsive guitar: feedbacks beautifully, sounds warm,
but can spank like a fender when provoked!

They're in the 2002 catalog. Did you miss the links in my post 1.5 hours before yours?

Did anyone ever actually buy one of those bastard ones with a Tele pickup? I know a shop that I think has been in possession of a new one of those for the last 5 or 6 years
