Custom King V Help

I have decided to order a new King V (JS-02). It will be all the things I like from the KV1/Y2KV/DV8 in one.

For sure:
KV1 specifications for most of it
EMG 81 and 60 pickups
String thru body
Flush mount strap locks
Volumes reversed (v/v/t)
3 way selector

Not sure:
Korina with natural finish (black hardware)
Mahogany (3 piece neck) with natural finish (black or chrome hardware)
Mahogany (3 piece neck) with black pearl finish (black or chrome hardware)

What do you guys think? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

I'd go for Korina personally, but the trans mahogany would be more unusual on a regular spec'd KV (i.e. no KV2T head or inlays)

Be sure and put your name on the headstock. It REALLY helps the resale value.

Do you know where the original JS-01 is. I'd like to reaquire it.

I ordered a string thru white KV just like Mustaines "A Tout Le Monde" King V. No LSRs the custom shop wont do those since they went out of business.

Sorry, but that guitar has ping ponged the planet since I owned it. Last I heard, it was being sent to GMW to have the headstock refinished to remove your name.

I sold it to you in like 2001 or so?

I bought it from a cat in Ohio. Then it went to Florida. Then it went somewhere further up the East coast. Then I heard it went on tour out West. Then off to GMW for cosmetic work. That's all I know.
