After 22 years of wanting this guitar to be made, finally I have one in my hands. This is the first one that's in independant (private) possession, which is pretty cool - big thanks are due. You know who you are ![Smile](https://www.jcfonline.com/core/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I just got the guitar and have to get back to work, but first thoughts:

How long have we waited to see a big Jackson logo on a strathead?

I just got the guitar and have to get back to work, but first thoughts:
- Build quality is excellent. Tightest neck joint I can recall seeing.
- Neck is not skinny. Not massive, but not skinny. I was told it was similar to the Warren D profile, and that seems about right.
- The bridge is floating. Just. Not a vast amount of upward movement, but there is some.
- The 'gap' between the pickguard and the bridge doesn't look as big in real life. But check out Adrian's original '86 guitar for a similar gap.
