Check the depth of your Floyd block that is already installed. My three PC1's all have 32mm stamped on the side of the block so that is the size that I chose.

Too big a block and the trem cover will not fit and then you will have SERIOUS movement issues as well.

When in doubt measure the trem with a small metric ruler.

I need a 32mm OFR block to finish a project. Anybody wanna part with one? I got a few sheckels in the ole paypal and can send it your way toot sweet!

On a related note, I just installed the whole Callaham upgrade kit in my American Deluxe Strat and it just sounds righteous now, so this big block stuff is true! I took it past the music shop yesterday where I got the strat and the manager is ordering his kit tomorrow!

I just threw the 32mm Brass block in my new DXMG. Tho the blocks are made for Genuine floyds, it bolted right up to the Jackson JT580 lo pro. Its a nice product.

It does fit? Cool. I may have to get one. I wasn't sure so I was gonna wait until I have a guitar with an OFR.

I have been building guitars this year and decided this mod was worth it when I installed it in a build with EMGs. Everything I've built I've since put this mod in, and everything coming up will have it It just sounds more full.

I have them in 2 guitars. They are great. Adds some weight to the body tho so be prepared for that. Definitely worth it tho.

I ordered 2 and they came in today. I installed one on a guitar I have not really bonded well with and it did improve the high end a bit. Notes seemed a little crisper for lack of a better word. I think they are a nice upgrade in the scheme of things. I would buy more.

I hear that the titanium is to die for , er, um, pay for. Still thinking about buying it though. All my Strat trems use Schecter brass trem blocks ( I met them in the 80's and loved them.
Why the hell doesn't Eddie pick up a goddamned guitar and play something?

What is the concept involved here? If brass adds weight, titanium removes it so why is a heavier block better and why is a lighter one better? It just so happens that our factory ones with weight in between happens to be wrong or what?
