Great site! I just wanted to say a quick hi to everyone and post some pics of my recent purchase. I made the purchase a little over a week ago and honestly can't put it down. I was looking around the store and saw this beauty and decided to try it out and bought it. The original receipt states 1990 USA Jackson Fusion # 430 and came with the orig case. It's in awesome condition. Here is a couple of quick pics.. Wayne

Sweet guitar Wayne. I have two fusions and I love them. GREAT guitars. that goofy "wah" type effect that the switch kicks on is way cool and usable. I replaced the bridge pups in mind. I have a Bill Lawrence in one and Seymour Duncan JB in the other. the seymour wails in that guitar. becareful though....those skinny necks on the fusions are addicting!!!!!!
Congrats and welcome!"clean sounds are for pussies" - Axewielder

Thanks for the welcomes & comments.. As far as I can tell it's all original. The condition is amazing and it only has a very small ding on the back otherwise awesome shape.. The FR states Jackson, licensed and was made in Germany by Schaller. I don't have a manual on the pups or wiring and this is is my first Jackson so, I will have to do some more surfing on the site. Thanks- Wayne

Sweet axe. I have two Fusion Pro's and they're 2 of my favorite guitars. The short scale just works for me with the thin neck.
I put a Super D in one and have EMG's in the other. Think I'm going to pull the Super D- it sounds trebly, even for a SD! Might try a JB and see how that works out.

Congrats very nice . I also own a USA Fusion and love the thin neck .
Newc are saying 1200 in all or at serial number 1200 . I have a USA Fusion with a 00150X serial . According the catalog is looks like the Professional version hung around until 1995 . Granted it was not like the 90-91 with ebony , MOP and schaller .
Vass , if think the PROs have a thin neck you need to find a USA . The PROs feel like baseball bat compared to the USA .Mike

Heh. Now I have a new guitar target to add to the list....RR1, Nightswan, something with a Sustainer, and a USA Fusion.
Weird. I keep buying guitars, but the list keeps getting longer...
