What happens if lets say their is damage to the guitars such as huge dent/scrapes, etc when you get them back?

Not much that you can do about it if they are used items unless you have recent pictures of them, otherwise... you can't prove that they were mint.

Funny that you mention that because I asked the police that exact question " Don't you need these for evidence? " their reply was that they had taken extensive photos of them and handed them back to me...

So I guess that they don't need to hold on to them! Kool!

Just a quick update... I found out last night that one of the guys (the guy that held the door open and drove the get away vehicle) is the son of a local Sheriff who works at our jail, I'll confirm that, but if that is true... he may get off somehow!
