Tobacco or honey sunburst with body binding would be a cool idea (like that explorer custom somewhere on this site). I'd sooner spear you with the guitar Alice Cooper style than have some sick photo on it. Besides, I wouldn't wanna trash a £2k+ guitar

I suspect it may be very difficult, if not impossible, to redo a transparent finish in a different scheme, once the flame-top has already been stained the first time. If they use stain or dye, the color actually seeps into the wood itself. It's not like just repainting over an existing solid color or graphic.Comment

Some really cool ideas here. Trans EDS would be awesome. A warbird in the winter camo colors would be very cool. The Milky Way idea is the best IMO. It fits the body shape, and it looks great. There's plenty of room for Uranus on the backside.Comment
