Seymore Duncan SM-2 would probably be a good fit.

Why oh why would they put minis in a Soloist? It makes no sense.

Well, the mini humbuckers have a nice tone in some Les Pauls (Deluxe for example) and Firebirds. To me, they're closer to a full size hummer than they are to a single coil. But the tone is really nice. Matt, that AT Soloist is a set neck, mahogany body, with maple top guitar, just like a Gibson LP Deluxe. So it makes sense to have that arrangement as Gibson did it decades before Jackson.

No, the AT-M and AT-90 Soloist models are neck-thru, and they have maple necks instead of mahogany.

Which explains why so many Deluxes were routed out for full sized hummers.

Like Adrian Smith's Goldtop. Though, the mini hum is still in the neck.

And Pete Townsend routed out the middle for a Dimarzio Super D.

OK, I didn't realize those AT's were neck throughs. Regardless, mini humbuckers have their place. I can't imagine you wouldn't be happy with a pair of EMG's in there.
