Also if you are using Korina for a guitar it has to be seasoned and I know some shops were using a kilm to do this.

I was suprised to hear about the worm holes myself but its not BS, call any wood supplier and ask.

Another Korina "Tall Tale" I remember...a few years ago on Ebay there was a Korina explorer and in the description it stated that three people died making the one guitar because while sanding it they had released a toxic substance or something like that.

I have heard the same thing about the Korina releasing toxic substances. Many of the exotic woods have "issues". The dust from Mother of Pearl is also very dangerous to breathe. Guitars are just bad news.

There was thread on Ebay forum here many years ago and there was a big discussion about this explorer Korina guitar that was up and the seller stated that 3 people died sanding it.

I am still searching to find the thread I am hoping Ron sees this I am sure he posted in that thread.
