Great guitar--and I like the non fine-tuning Floyd. Also absolutely correct on the Fernandes connection. They made the earliest Floyd Roses in bulk (in Japan), but they also had their own versions in there. Here's a weird Fernandes "Head Banker" tremolo. It's the same as the early Fernandes Floyds except it's non-locking (strings go right through the block).











Pair it up with an ebanol Floyd Rose nut conversion--and you have a strat! I have just such a setup in one of my guitars.
