It's like the polar opposite to the black SL2 in this thread. Cool!

Yeah, its a "Snowblind" Custom shop Soloist. They did a limited run of 30 of these babies a couple of years ago. I tried to capture the wonderful pearlescent paintjob in the 4th pic but its hard.

One of, if not the best guitar I've played and one of those axes you just find yourself staring at for longer than you thought.
I had to lose an RR24 and my beloved Model 6 to get it but it was worth it and then some. Looks like an Angel, sounds like a Devil. More like a customised SL2H (with black binding, EMGs and no sharks) than an SL2.

I'm in love and we're very happy.

                  Beautiful guitar.

I'd like to see one of those with black hardware. I think the contrast between the white paint/black hardware would make it look that much more eye popping.

I agree, it would definitely stand out.

I'd usually agree and I dont really like chrome hardware. I'd have had gold or black but it just works on this guitar. It probably works better when you see the guitar in real life.
It adds to the whole frostiness of it. Its hard to capture in a photo as it always looks darker but it sparkles when you see it for real.

Another good idea for a custom would be to have a blank bleached maple fretboard.

I saw one of those on Ebay! It's been there for a while, I love it. I am not in "buy" mode but... Damn I wanted to buy it. That is a sharp guitar! I do like it with the chrome (and the non-recessed Floyd... Is the neck angled like an old-school Soloist?) but if it was mine I'd probably put gold hardware on it. Not like, "Yuck, I will hate this until I put gold hardware on it" but more like, I'd like it just a teeny bit more.

The neck angle is pretty much aligned with the body.

Hmm... So you don't get much pull-back on the bridge, do you?

No. The action is absolutely top class. There's nothing fighting against you, if you know what I mean.
                              Its a joy to play.

This is my first experience with a Jackson Custom shop and I'm blown away to be honest.
