King V Pickup Help

I need some quick help heree, I just got a set of seymour duncan blackouts and have decided to put them in my KV-2. It came with new pots and a new output jack.

Question is can I just desolder everything, completly gut it except the switch, and go from there? Might seem simple but I don't wanna mess anything up permently

yea you can , basically with blackouts you will have to change everything anyways.
