Very nice! but mine (2002) has a orangish glow in the center, back and behind the neck. This one seems to be missing it. Anyways, Congrats!

+1, My 2005 has that too. I personally like the newer finish over the old. The only thing I like over the old is the neck treatment.

Yeah. I think they got lazy and left the back of the neck unpainted. But the orange glow somewhat compensates for it.



I replaced the stock JB with a Dimarzio X2N just this morning and was amazed how much better the guitar sounds! Cant wait to plug into the Mesa tonight.
