Actually, most of the guitars had little pieces of paper indicating which retailer had bought it. At least I think so. I remember seeing them on a lot of the Jacksons, not sure about the Charvels.Breaking Point, my all instrumental CD available here:

You can't read anything into those bits of paper as their were some on guitars that read one dealers name that were going to another dealer. People had moved them around to take pictures and play them.
