if this makes a production model and they wont do a deathangel i give up on jackson.

If they made a production model Death Angel then two things would happen:
1) Its not a USA so im not buying it, they wouldnt sell, they would stop production
2) Its a USA, its too expensitve, im not buying it, they wouldnt sell, they would stop production

I don't get it!

The PC1 is a "Super Strat" with a killer sustainer and world class materials and build quality. This is some neck thru Les Paul wannabe with a Floyd and a chunkier neck?

I see that Phil had already decked his out with the titanium Floyd saddles from www.floydroseupgrades.com and strung it up with these ubber heavy strings that he (and I for that matter!) really like.

But the bottom line is this.....What the hell is different or new about this guitar? Surely not looks or sex appeal?

It looks like some one threw up some breakfast oatmeal on an LSD induced Les Paul!!!!

They had a couple Death Angels at the last NAMM (or the one before that) and were supposed to go into production. I don't know what happened to that. There's pics on here somewhere.

One with Scythe inlays would be cool, but i wouldnt buy one, one of those "cool for someone else" kind of things

Probably would sell better than the impending PC supreme, based on other comments in this thread

I kind of like it too. The Upper horn could be more rounded but IMHO it's not hideous.

Yes, they were. Rob was talking about new ones he got in some online video from Jackson's site, and there was a black one and white one at NAMM supposed to be going into production for the public.

Cool, i saw a dark red/ purple burst one on here somewhere with red "tear" inlays that was cool as well, didnt realise they were thinkin of mass production

We can only hope however somehow I doubt it, and if it happens, I'd rather have sharkies or piranha inlays over those cheesy teardrops.

BTW, is this the new Collen's body shape in the gold finish? Cause this is surely one of the ugliest guitars I've seen in years!

I saw a tidbit on the news this morning....... That huckabee guy was at the NAMM show playing bass in a jam session with Phil Collen. Phil was playing a dark blue or black one of these ugly fucking bastard step child git-fiddles. it looked like ass on TV, too. I mean WAY fuckin ugly. like they should be scooped up from the earth and put into a big space garbage can and sent into space kind of ugly.
