Meh...just new colors I guess? I really wish they wouldn't put the JB pickup in there. Should offer the Duncan Custom but I think the JB is more versatile?
They should offer stainless-steel frets too, but that would drive the cost up.
These MIM necks are great also, I had the first run of MIM Charvels in 2013 and the fret work was OK, but the 2016 neck I got..the frets are %100 good and my luthier said he didn't have to touch them, I was surprised by that.
These necks also feel built really well, a good slab of wood.
For the price, they're offering a great guitar for the money.
