I am 26 and I remeber watching different strokes as a kid when the episodes were new and on prime time. Most of my friends my age dont remember anything from the 80's. I had an older brother by 9 years and he got me into all the cool 80s stuff when I was a kid. I remeber Metallica when they were good and MOP was a new album. Also growing up in the bay area was cool guys from Metallica would show up at my older brothers friends keggers back in the mid 80s and I got pissed I never got invited but I was young, 6 or 7.
