New Fender Super-Sonic amps

Did anyone try these out? Were the cleans like the originals and what is the high gain channel like?

Yes yes and fairly killer. I told the Fender dude that Uberschall means supersonic, he did not know that and we laughed about Mr. Bogner and trademarks (there is a TM right under the Super-Sonic)

Thanks for the info. Good to hear Fender has got into the modern age of tone while maintaining the traditional sounds especially in one package. Can't wait to try one.

I thought the Super-sonic/Uberschall thing was interesting too.

Didn't play through one but was there for one of the demos...very impressive. Clean channel does Vibrolux or Bassman, Gain channel does EVERYTHING else, from what I can tell. [img]/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]
