New USA 7-string from KxK

Not only have I played the KXK 7-string superstrat prototype, but I've already ordered one, albeit with somewhat different specs:

--25.5" scale
--27 frets
--4+3 headstock
--Two EMG-707 pickups
--Road Hazard Yellow (or as similar to that as KXK can get)
--Diamond inlays

It's really a fine guitar, and KXKs are an incredible value. I'd love to order a custom Jackson with those specs, but I just don't happen to have $4,000 laying around.

For a picky SOB like you to jump on it that quick.... that says a lot!

Anyway, I'm not a strat-guy.... but that thing nearly made me jizz my drawers. I just moved to baltimore.... and the only reason i have already set my amp back up despite having a messy home is b/c Noodles said he'd let me test run it for a day or so

I don't think so. If so, he's magically getting tonewood that's 100% better than what Carvin uses in its own guitars. That's not to say that he isn't getting neck blanks from somewhere, but I don't think it's Carvin.

He's an endorser, so they loaned it to him. Since I'm in the same band, I played it quite a bit. It's a very impressive piece, for sure.

The pickup is a X2N-7

I also played this guitar, great guitar, you wouldnt even believe you are playing a 7 string because it is so nice.

If i was a 7 string man i would buy one in a heartbeat, action is lower then any other guitar i have seen come direct from a company, the time and care he puts into making the guitars is above anything I have seen.

Nope, he builds everything from scratch. His necks are actually a three piece laminate that is wide enough to get the pickups, bridge, and entire headstock on the the blank. Here are some build up pics from my V:

The inlays on that are one of the coolest ideas I have ever seen. Mother of pearl skulls with abalone brains.
