I've seen a kelly of that colour on eBay, and mainly concentrated on the "Frost" in "Absinthe Frost". To no surprise, the green-ness didn't make any sense to me, haha.

I think this finish looks badass. To me, this seems like one of the ultimate colours for a non traditional shape guitar. I personally don't think it would look the best on a say, Soloist or a Dinky. Maybe that's because of the overusage of Mint Green finishes, which don't suit and most guitars, and after all, Mint Green, is still "Green", so that may explain why I wouldn't quite like it on a roundie.

Nevertheless, this is one of the top finishes for me, hands down.

A lot of the photos of AF finishes I see on ebay make the AF look dull. That last pic makes it look great. Would be interesting to see it in person.

The color is great in person. It has a warm greenish yellow metallic flake to the finish. I think these are pretty accurate pics of what the finish really looks like.

I'd have to agree that those pics are the closest I've seen. The color is so hard to really capture in a photo. Good job. I really like the green parts you bought for it. I might have to go find some for mine.

love Absinthe Frost... Accupolco Gold and Agent Orange as well. Some of the best newer color options in my opinion! Want a bass in each of those colors!! All in time!!!
