guys i have to admit the headstock was the only thing that put me off the guitar but it wore on me and i ended up buying the angel off deth and its a killer guitar, i dont think it would be anywhare neer as good as a PRO or a KV1 , i had a KV2 which felt beter to play but somewhat lacking as obviusly it had a floyd.
one thing i dont realy like is that its incredibly light. maybe even lighter than an SG

Ageed, I was at a music store yesterday, and picked one up..
I couldn't believe how light it was.

the only cool thing i found in there was a USA michael schenker V for a steal of a price. i MAY go back and get it..not sure though as i already have a V.
a lot of the "graphics" looked SUPER crappy....kinda like those "monsters of rock" kramers back in the 80's.....the guitars looked like they were dipped in paint not actually painted. there were NO runs in the paint, but the guitar looked "coated" if that makes any sense....
I'm starting to think that they found a way to "inkjet" right onto the guitar.
It could explain what you saw.Build a man a fire and he's warm for a day, set a man on fire and he's warm for the rest of his life.

He likes all his tuners inline, on one side of the headstock.Transitioning from Retired Musician from cover bands to a Full time vocalist/frontman/guitarist in an original and covers band....it's been a while and this should get NASTY!

Yeah, the Y2KV was a sweet guitar, and I was surprised he did have the 3+3 head on it. Dean's headstock I also remember him saying he hated. And that Axxion thing was really hideous... I don't know what he was thinking when creating that guitar.I feel my soul go cold... only the dead are smiling.

Like Dave tunes his guitars. He's too busy throwing them at techs when something doesn't fit his liking.
