Trem post question

I recently bought a Schaller trem to upgrade the stock Jackson trem on a Warrior WRXT. Trem posts didn't come with the Schaller. Do I need to replace the Jackson trem posts and anchors in order for proper operation or will they work.

Also, if anyone has a set of black trem posts you want to part with let me know.
