fret buzz on JS30WR

I changed my strings and my action seems out of whack. I adjusted it and seems to high now. Whenver I lower it like it was when it came from the factory I get mad buzz on the E. What did I do wrong?

If you didn't put the same gauge and same brand of strings on, then you will have to make adjustments of the bridge and possibly the truss rod.

Well I went from the .09s that Jackson had on it to D'Addario XL .10s and it was the same but I just put on some Ernie Ball Slinkys the same gauge as the D'Addarios.
