So, I've encountered a strange problem with a Kelly JK20 Pro that I just bought off craigslist. I didn't really notice it right away, but my "E" string seems like it's too quiet when I'm playing chords. For example, if I play any chord using the E string I hear the A string much more clearly than the E string, which makes power chords sound not very powerful at all. I'm pretty much clueless as to what could be causing this, and have never had this problem with any of my guitars before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The strings are new. Yes I can notice the problem when playing unplugged. I know the pickups are not the issue. I've messed around with that, and have the same problem when using either the bridge or neck pups. Could the saddle position have anything to do with this?

Yeah, I'm gonna try a new set or strings and see if that does the trick. I usually use D'Addario XL Jazz (12-52) I tune down to B. I might just get a 7 string set and see how that works.
