Replacement bridge for Jackson SLSMG

I want to replace the tune-o-matic on my SLSMG, and I have pretty much narrowed it down to these two as to what I want to get:

They seem to be pretty much the same thing other than the size, so really I just need to know which of these two, if any, would my guitar without any sort of modification or drilling to the guitar. Thank you

I replaced the bridge on my SLSMG with the first one...the gold one.

Yes, it dropped right in. It should come supplied with replacement posts too.
