What would you say that the jackson j90c and the j85 pickups are compared to sound wise against todays pickups? A JB, Super distortion, HB103.....etc.

The J90C was one of the hottest models and had a ceramic magnet, so I'd say it was close to a Duncan Distortion. The J95C was slightly hotter.
The J85 would have to be slightly less hot than a J90, so maybe like a JB.I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood
