Are there any locking tuners that I could install without having to re-drill extra holes in the headstock to get them to fit? I saw these planet wave tuners, and don't know if they'll work.

If it's Gotohs, then Warmoth has Schaller mini locking tuners that will work. -
I'm not sure. I bought a NOS Charvel Retro Star of ebay today and don't know what tuners it comes with . I want to do some dive bombs and know the stock ones will lose tune. Guitar looks similar to this-

those are likely Schallers or if not, they are the Gotoh copies of Schallers.
