This isn't an issue with gloss on the neck, it's an issue with lacquer necks and my sweat.
So, sanding it isn't going to fix it. Unless I go all the way down to the wood.

Hay Pop.
Ive got a real nice Charvette neck I'll trade ya for it.
By the way, What you got it bolted up to?Models
The prudes may snub them, but I don't care.
I dont need furniture.
If its tough, shreds, and screams, Its all good.
If it gets jacked, I'll get another one.
And rock that sucker.

Yep... Got some wipe-on poly and some other junk. But I was too busy doing fret-end dressing to get to it.
Actually I think I'm going to see how long in between scrub-downs it takes before it gets nasty. I really don't want to strip the whole neck to make it look nice, and it does look nice now... But I definitely will not be ordering any more satin-finished Warmoth necks.

Tru-oil is a hard finish. Warmoth warranty will still apply with a Tru finish750xl, 88LE, AT1, Roswell Pro, SG-X, 4 others...
Stilletto Duece 1/2 Stack, MkIII Mini-Stack, J-Station, 12 spaces of misc rack stuff, Sonar 4, Event 20/20, misc outboard stuff...
Why do I still want MORE?
