Ok, I wired up another guitar according to to diagram 1801 in the picture from the link below. Works great for bridge pickup. Works great for Neck pickup. When I put the switch in the middle position, instead of both pickups being on, neither are. Any suggestions?

Is it the same type 3 way switch as in the diagram? Are you sure you have the jumpers running correct across the switch & your solder joints are good?
If so, it should work unless the switch is bad.
