Anyone have any experience with this model, primarily in the bridge position? Ive read the specs as opposed to the 81 and have 2 ?? about it: 1. an 81 has a peak o/p of 1.25v, a 60 has a peak o/p of 3v. Will the 60 push the amps input any harder and deliver a grittier tone? 2. will a 60 drain a battery quicker than an 81 due to its higher peak o/p? Also is there a significant tone difference?

Where do you find that data?
Looking at the EMG specs in the wiring instruction sheets, the output level of the 60 looks to be equal as that of the 81.

I did a quick search and found this:

It strays OT for a bit in the middle, but there is some solid info at the end.
General opinion seems to be on the negative side though.

As far as I know, the EMG60 is a clear neck pickup, and would not be crunchy in the bridge position. You usually want to pair it up with an 81 or an 85 in the bridge.
I'd like to try one someday. I'm curious if it's much different than an EMG-S.
