LOL! Can you see in my pic where I labeled the pots on the piece of cardboard? Yea, that's chalked up to experience, I take all my courses at the school of hard knocks.

Ok update time. Well i disconnected the jumpers and for som eunknown reason things started to work correctly. However now i get a bad ground hum. This is probably due to the pickup grounds not being grounded. If i do ground the pups they dont work. Do i have the ground and hot wires switched on the jack? Im so confused. I hate EMG's now i remember why.
Thanks for the help so far guys.

Ummmm...with the pickup grounds not being connected, you wouldn't be able to get any sound out of them at all, since the circuit wouldn't be closed.

that's possible, I did that the other day with passive pickups fixing an old epiphone strat.

Thats what i thought too. But the pups are not grounded to anything but are still working. WHen i ground them the pups dont work. Also theres a hum when they arent grounded.
I now have this guitar at home (per agreement of all involved)as my boss was tired of me workin on it. So I have to get this fixed asap. The Clips on the pups are also installed correctly. According to the diagram) Im at a loss and EMG is no help.

You don't have the white wires going from the back of the pot to the switch? Take some pictures.

Well i got it working. I contacted EMG and they sent me the proper 5way switch oth the PC board on it. And new harnesses for the pups. So after replacing a bad kill switch and a bad jack. It works perfectly. But now i have another emg dilemma. Three hums in a strat.
With the AB and a PI2. Plusindividual on off switches for each pup. Phase is to go to the middle pup only. and the Ab to all three. It no worky like i thought it should be wired. Controls dont work but the AB does.
                I hate emgs'

I'd love to see pictures of the installation in that striker if you have any. I was sort of set on using EMGs in my striker but haven't figured out where to put the battery and how to deal with possibly having to mix new solder-less with older soldered pickups...

and another problem with old pre-solderless EMG pickups in a kramer striker: the wires coming out the bottom of the pickup seems to push against the bottom of the pickup cavity. Seems like such a dumb problem, but the only solution I can think of is adding a clearance cut to the cavity corner, right below where the wires come out of the pickup?

Don't forget you can buy a battery clip for about a buck from radio shack.
