what number should the g string saddle have on it? someone mix them up, thats why I am asking g string is buzzing the saddle is lower than the b string and the d , so I am thinking d and g should be the same saddle height?

I know the old saying that the value of an opinion is generally inversely proportional to the strength with which it is held. -
its either this or the opposite -can't remember. but i think it goes 0 or none on the outsides (E & E), then 1 (A & B), then 2 (D & G).
or its the opposite. just look at the height difference. the tallest ones go in the center and step down gradually towards the outside.
