Jackson JS30 Kelly project

Hey there everyone! This is my first post here

So, I own a Jackson Kelly JS30 and two years after purchase i'm getting the 'Why didn't I buy a proper shape of guitar?' syndrome so I was wondering whether It would be a crazy idea to sand down the edges a wee bit, make it a little less radical and a little more original, I came across this forum and came to the conclusion that you guys are the Jackson buffs so you're opinion is what's gonna make me sail!

So what do you think?
