Safe Neck Heel thinkness

I want to scallop a heel neck joint and was wondering what is the safest minimum thickness that I can leave is? I had an old Dinky that I regret selling that had a scalloped heel and would like to copy that.

I think the safest minimum is at the vertex of the neck back.

So where it peaks.

I like EL34s.
