Re-tolex-ing

So, my bassists dog(stupid fucker) tore a big chunk of tolex out of the front of my 412. Hes offered to have it fixed but were both perplexed as to who to take it to or how much it would cost.

Does anyone here know of an Indianapolis area person or business that could take care of this? Id do it myself but Im horrible with contact paper and window tint, so I bet this will be beyond me as well. Any help would be great.
