Floyd Rose Setup

Hello everyone, I'm a new member on this forum and i would like your help.
I own a Jackson Kv2 Blue Ghost Flames. I'm in the procedure of changing the strings for first time and i want to tell me what exactly to do with the floyd rose. Thank you very much for your time.

Youtube also has some videos that will show you how to change strings and set up a FR.

Not sure what those videos show but take off a string/put on a string.....use a rubber eraser or something to slip under it in the recessed area to help keep the tension, , cut balls off the strings, stretch the strings, play vigorously a bit before locking, tune and lock two lower strings, then re-tune middle strings and lock, then do same with upper strings. Try to leave the fine tuners near the middle?

If you're changing to a different guage string that can add some fun to the process.

Doesn't Jackson include a basic guide on changes with the case paperwork?

Always a good time to lube the fretboard as well.

Thank you very much man. I don't have the case paperwork. Maybe the guy who had sold me the guitar kept it for himself! Do you know where i can find any of these paperworks?

Mine is snow white with black bevels, from 2008.
