Pickup height on Soloist SL1

I´ve put a new gauge of strings (010-052) on my Soloist SL1 and tuned it down a whole step.It plays great but the sound is little more muddy.
Any suggestions how to adjust the pickup height ?
Pickup models are: SD STK-S1 (neck & middle), SD TB-5 on bridge

Get a screwdriver and adjust the screws on the sides of the pickups. You can also adjust the pole pieces up and down on the humbucker.

Any specific height or good starting point for down tuned guitars ?
Has anybody made some experiences ?
