Wiring diagram for a blended pot

Could anyone give me a quick schematic of how a blended pot would be wired to act as a pickup selector?

I have the Alps 25k blended pot, it has 6 posts, I have 2 pickups.

A photo of an exisiting circuit will suffice (provided it shows where each wire goes).
