Will FR Special on Charvel DST fit in place of JT580

I'm planning on buying a Charvel DST-3 with the Floyd Rose Special bridge in black. I would like to put that bridge on my SL3, will it fit? And will the JT580 from the SL3 fit on the DST-3?

How do these two bridges compare, quality wise? I gotta say I have no issues with my JT580 on the SL3, it holds tuning perfectly even after some Dimebag squeals, but I would expect the FR to be better overall, right?

The Special is the same as an OFR, just zinc saddles and sustain block. So search accordingly.

i thought the jackson sl3's came with floyd rose? not the licensed jt580? :think:
anyway, licensed jt5808 should fit without problems. if the sl3 has recessed cavity for the trem, once the floyd is in there, the saddle screws might be a bit tight but shouldn't be a problem.
however, you might want to check on the intonations though. the floyd specials saddles, once dropped into the sl3, might have to be pushed back a bit for proper intonation. check.
