HSH pickup wiring questions

I got that mid 90's trans green flame PS-4 performer and it has a HSH configuration with 1 vol, 1 tone, and a 5 way selector. I just got it all put back together after cleaning and correcting some issues, but want to do something a bit different with this one. Is there a way to use a push/pull for volume and tone to coil tap the bridge and neck hb's?

Kinda like this...

VOL PUSH - Neck full humbucker
VOL PULL - Neck coil tapped
TONE PUSH - Bridge full humbucker
TONE PULL - Bridge coil tapped

I can do it by adding a couple of switches, but I'd rather not hack the guitar up (even if it is just a performer ).

I'd like to do something like this so that I can use the 5 way selector switch like...

1 - Bridge
2 - Bridge & Middle
3 - Middle
4 - Middle and Neck
5 - Neck

If it can be done, or if anyone has any other suggestions, can ya point me to a schematic for it? Getting some new 500k audio taper pots and caps today and want to plug her up!

For the configurations that you want you'll need a super 5 way switch.

Thanks Danny. I found one that will work on Seymour Duncan's website using a push/pull volume to split the HB coils. Will this work like I want? http://www.seymourduncan.com/support...1t_5w_pushpull using the volume to coil tap both bridge and neck?

Also... I'm keeping the stock Jackson pickups in this thing for now.. Would it be better to use a .023 or .047 cap? I'm not sure how bright the Jackson pickups are...
