Pickup cavity cover plate?

Anyone know if there exists a seller/maker of a pickup route cover plate? I'm want to close off a PU cavity. A cover plate that is the size of a humbucker ring would do the trick.

Any advice and/or leads greatly appreciated.

He makes covers, I believe he can custom cut whatever you need.
