analog to didgital audio ripper

I'm looking for a cheap/free audio ripper so I can convert my analog recordings off my 4 track to digital for mass storage. Does any one know of any good software out there?

Audacity will do it. me and my buddies have been ripping all our old 4 track stuff to CD lately. Great fun digging out the old jams. Also use it to chop up the jams we record on my Zoom H-1. Good little program.

Basic Windows audiorecorder could suffice, unless you want to touch up the recordings
