Model 4 budget build/electronics tip..

I have a 150$ Model 4 on the way in the mail, and I want to use this as a budget build. I stoppes by the local shop today, and found a set of active Schaller PU's in the clearance-bin for 20$, so at least I'm getting started (Din't know if the PU's are any good though
I'd just like to know if theres any problems in using the model 4's microswitches with active PU's?

Just like any switch as long as you wire it right you'll be good. Didn't know Schaller had active pickups. Would like to know how they sound.

I didn't know about the active Schallers either, until I found them for cheap..They had 'em in the store for years the seller told me, but no one bought them and went for EMG's instead..
I'm gonna go for a humbucker/SC-setup, and I've never installed pickups with microswitches, so I was a bit curious if it would work..
