  • Touching up a maple board

So, I picked up a used TMZ Natural Charvel.

The first issue I wanted to solve was a scratch/indentation on the fretboard. I tried the soldering iron on a wet rag trick and it worked awesome! It's too bad I didn't take a before pic, but I took my time and I'm impressed.

Next up is some fret glue leakage. What's the best way to get rid of that? If you say to lightly sand, what grit should I use?

    Thanks!

    Come on, bitches

Take some sandpaper to that glue or something else?

I'd probably have at it with 0000 steel wool before even considering sanding
