Obviously there is no right or wrong way to do this. The guitar nimphs aren't going to turn my axes into Maestro brand guitars in the middle of the night if I do it wrong.
But what is the suggested way to wrap strings around the tuners on a reverse headstock. I guess, due to headstock angles and tilts, that we will stick with the Jackson reverse headstocks.
Do the strings go on the top side or the bottom side (clockwise or counterclockwise).
Does a lock nut make the answer any different.
Why is it the choosen way.
The white logo is the under/bottom side, which requires a counter-clockwise motion to tighten.
The red logo is the top side, which requires a clockwise motion to tighten.
