Guitar pick materials...

ive tried the different picks like the bone,wood,ect.. but I gotta have my Dunlop/Herco "Heavy"s ..they just feel right . but hey,Everyone has there own preference when it comes to the pick they use..bleach bottles use to work for me.when I didn't have a pick...cut em to the shape you need and wal'la..but,they're just too thin anymore..but,they work though..ha,ha..

Bleach bottles are too thin because of
1. The environmentalists that want to save the planet at the expense of people
2. The producers that think they can save money by thinning out the plastic.

I have only tried the Fender picks, Tortex, one Ultex, some Nylons, and the Jazz IIIs.

Personally, I used the JIIIs the most, because I like the fact that they're easier to grip. I want to try the Ultex version of them, but I can never seem to find them

Large triangle Clayton 0.94mm Ultem for me! Almost has that hard as stone feel. And you get 3 sides to use! They aren't great if you like doing pick scrapes though!
