Which guitars use Nitrocellulose lacquor?

I just got a couple new guitar stands shipped to me and they say to not use guitars with a nitrocellulose finish. I don't know anything about paint. Are any of my guitars in trouble?

Is there a general rule about what guitars have what kind of finish?

Gibson uses nitro. I don't think any that you mentioned are nitro.

joe's right; all of those are urethane or polyester finishes. Should you get something that's been shot in nitro (lacquer), you can avoid the stand rash by simply placing a small cloth on the stand where it will come into contact with the guitar.
