please help a wiring idiot

Last week I posted asking for help with a 3 way switch and though I had it all figured out, but I just can't figure this out with any kind of confidence.

What I am looking for seems pretty simple

2H, 2V 1T 5 way where positions 2 and 4 are split humbuckers using the import style 5 way.

Can someone please point me at what I'm looking for?

I just want to get my M5 working again.

Haha, I have no idea. Probably not, which would explain my problems finding a diagram. What would I need to get to do it?

Just so we all are on the same page, it is a model 6, using J50N, J50BC

would be possible with a 5 way super but not an import..

either that or use a 3 way and 2 mini toggles.. probable could even use just 1 4PDT as well..

I just dug through my stuff and found a 5 way super. Is there anywhere I can find a diagram with this new equpiment?

speaking of wiring a 5 way super.. just wired up mine a little while ago .. well sorta.. All I have to do is pop these pots and switch into my guitar.. solder the pickups to there respective spots.. wire the tone pot up..wire up the volume outputs to the kill switch and im done..

I went crazy a bit as I rewired my M5, but it serves my purpose. Hey Brandenburg, I'm probably the only other person who still uses an ART SGX 2000...probably because I couldn't afford a Carvin Quad-X at the time. (Not that I could now either). Anyway, the circuit I wired...

You'd need a 3-way blade to get the hums to split in the middle position. They'd both be on at the same time, though. A 5-way can do it if you connect the split to 2 and 4, but since that's a bridge between 1 and 3 and 3 and 5, one pickup will always be full-on.
