Ok, so I follow the high E string and go up and down the frets moving along where each string would be? Do I level the one area and move to the neck or do I level as you would a single radius? Thanks for getting back to me sully, I know you build and restore guitars so if anyone would know it would be you.

Thanks Sully. So just do work on the low e string area and move up from there going across the fretboard or do I work on one area at a time Low e,b,g,d,a,e? It was hard to get the right answer on here, as people seem to do it differently. I bought that book you suggested Guitar Player Repair by Dan Erlewine, but I think its an older issue 1994-1995 era. The guide he gives in there is not that easy to understand more confusing if anything.
