NYC area techs who really know shredders

I know I've read a few recommendations here for NYC-area (maybe in NJ or LI?) techs who are skilled with Jackson and other shredders.

Specifically looking for expertise in really precise fretwork levels, stainless refrets, Floyd setups, etc.
